Shaper Tom Wegener, and a bunch of Cornish surfers can be seen here experimenting with Alaia wooden surfboards along the Irish coastline. What really pushes the envelope out is the fact that they are fin-free! It’s worth watching this 5 min. clip just to see how loose these boards become when the dynamics are altered.
